1 - General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at firstname.lastname@example.org . All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Mister Hocus reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Mister Hocus holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. All prices include Spanish VAT (21%).
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Mister Hocus will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.
a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days, if anything else is not announced.
Shipping fees specified in € (Euro), US Dollar (USD), Pound (GBP), will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step. You'll get free shipping on orders above 50 US Dollar.
b. Uncollected packages
We will charge 25 EUR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
3 - Payment
You have the following options:
- Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/American Express)
When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Mister Hocus reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Mister Hocus can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4 – Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost.

You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.
Our returns policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Mister Hocus will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:

5 - Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. Mister Hocus co-operate with Nets for redemption of credit card payments.
6 - Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Spanish law. Mister Hocus may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
7 - Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at MisterHocus.com remain with Mister Hocus and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
8 - Force majeure
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances Mister Hocus will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs, Mister Hocus will try to inform you about this.
